🌿 What Does Your Gray Hair Say About You?
Hi friend,
Have you ever looked at your gray hair and wondered what it means?
I want to tell you something sweet and true:
Lots of people are letting their gray grow.
And guess what?
Gray hair is not something to be ashamed of.
It can be a badge of honor.
Gray hair can be a gift
The Bible says:
- Proverbs 20:29“The glory of young men is their strength, and the splendor of the old is their gray hair.”
That made me stop and think.
Why would God put this in the Bible?
Because God sees beauty in every season of life.
I used to cover my gray
For a long time, I tried to hide it.
I spent so much time and money coloring my hair.
But then I started my health journey.
And I began to think about this:
Why work so hard to cover what God allowed to grow?
The world says “stay young”
Social media can make people feel like they have to look perfect.
It can make aging feel scary.
But with God, getting older is not a curse.
It is proof you made it through.
It is proof God carried you.
Your gray hair is your crown
Gray hair can say:
- “I survived hard days.”
- “God kept me.”
- “I learned wisdom.”
You cannot get that kind of wisdom from books alone.
Wisdom comes from living life with God.
A little reminder for you
If you ever feel like hiding your gray, remember:
Your gray hair can be your God-given crown.
Hold your head up.
Shine bright.
God is still writing your story.
