A new day is ahead

A new day is ahead

Some days it can feel like life has given up on you—like the strength to keep moving is running out. If that’s where you are right now, hear this truth: God has not forgotten you, and your story is not over.

God’s Word says, “His mercies are new every morning.” (Lamentations 3:22–23) That means today comes with fresh mercy, fresh strength, and fresh hope.

Social media is loud. It can make the “real world” feel lonely—like everyone else is living and you’re just trying to survive. It makes you ask, What is the real world anyway? And more importantly: Whose world am I supposed to believe in?

Here’s the answer: The world changes, but God does not.Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8)

Moving forward (even when your brain says “don’t”)

Moving forward (even when your brain says “don’t”)

Have you ever been in a season where life doesn’t feel real—like you’re living a version of life that doesn’t match what you believed it should look like?

Sometimes that feeling comes from the thoughts that hold us hostage:

“You’re not good enough.”

“You’re not smart enough.”

“You can’t be successful at something you’ve never tried before.”

But here’s the truth: a thought is not a command. Just because your mind says “stop” doesn’t mean God is saying “stop.”

I’ve had to practice this in real time.

One day I got up ready to go to the gym… and almost got taken out by the noise in my own head. Before I knew it, I was on the train, overwhelmed, ready to sabotage everything I’d been building.

And then—something shifted.

God stepped in and changed my whole outlook. I ended up in a cozy coffee shop I love, finally able to breathe… and write.

I’m sharing this because I want you to know: you are not alone in your struggles. We are all more alike than we like to admit. Even when it looks like everyone else has it together, so many people are fighting quiet battles in their mind.

Here are a few things I do when I’m in what I call “dimension mood”—that foggy, heavy place where motivation disappears:

  1. Get dressed and get out.Try not to overthink where or how. Just step outside—your house, your office, whatever you’re in. There’s something powerful about fresh air. A simple change of scenery can bring a new perspective.
  2. Give yourself permission to think without judging.Your mind needs space. Let the thoughts rise without calling them “bad” or “wrong.” When you stop fighting your thoughts, you can finally hear what’s true underneath them.
  3. Let go.This one can be the hardest. As human beings, we want to hold on—especially to what hurts. But letting go is a gift you give yourself. You don’t have to carry every fear, every story, every “what if.”

The next time you feel overwhelmed, remember this:

You are a child of God.

You were created to be free.

You were made to feel, to heal, and to create a life that only you can live.

Hugs,

Elizabeth

The Best Day Ever 🎁

The Best Day Ever

What if I told you that today is the best day of your life?

Would you look at me with sad eyes, or would you celebrate the good news you just received?

So many people would probably give me the sad look, and I understand why. Somewhere along the way, a lot of people have lost hope when it comes to receiving good news.

Why is it that we can accept bad news so easily, but we hesitate to welcome good news with the same open arms?

I believe it is because hope has been worn down. We forget that every day is a gift from God, and that God has good plans for our lives.

When we slow down and see life for what it truly is, we begin to live with expectancy. We start looking for love, hope, and gratitude.

So how can we change our outlook?

What God says: life is a gift 📖 Continue reading “The Best Day Ever 🎁”

Even If They Say No, Do It Anyway

Even If They Say No, Do It Anyway

Some people are suffering under the weight of naysayers. You know the voices. “Oh no, you can’t do that.” “It won’t work out.” “You’re not the type.”

But what if you finally took matters into your own hands and allowed yourself to win? To win at the very things you have spent years convincing yourself you could not do?

Every time you let a naysayer decide your next move, you lose time you will never get back. And if we are being honest, the loudest naysayer is often not “them.” It is you.

Because at the end of the day, no one can stop you from reaching your dreams the way you can.

Why we hold back: fear

Many people talk themselves out of trying before they even start. One of the biggest reasons is fear.

  • Fear of failing.
  • Fear of being judged.
  • And yes, fear of succeeding.

Start Where You Are, With What You Have

Start Where You Are, With What You Have

Before we begin, I give all honor and glory to God. Thank You, Lord, for another day.

Happy Thursday, family. I pray you are well, protected, and in great spirits.

Today I want to share what has been on my heart:

You can start right where you are, with what you have.

So often we focus on what we cannot control, or on what is not working. But what about what is in your control?

Right now, in this moment, you have the power to take one step forward with the resources already in your hands.

And here is something I need you to remember:

If an opinion does not resonate with you, you do not have to accept it.

You are allowed to choose what aligns with your spirit and your purpose.

This message connects to an article I shared on my blog, Elizabeth Magical Garden. All links will be in the description.

David and Goliath: Use What Is Already in Your Hand

In Scripture, we learn about David and Goliath. Everyone was terrified of the giant, and no one wanted to face what felt impossible.

But David stepped forward with what he had:

  • A sling
  • A stone
  • Faith in God

David did not wait until he had “better tools.” He trusted God, used what was already in his hands, and moved with courage.

God can use what you already have.

KEEPING YOUR HEAD ABOVE WATER

KEEPING YOUR HEAD ABOVE WATER

LIFE CAN SURPRISE YOU.

One minute your thoughts are moving in one direction—and then you wake up to a sudden shift in perspective. I’ve experienced that change so many times that I’ve actually grown to love it. There’s something exciting about realizing you won’t be the same person at the end of the year that you are right now.

If you needed a reminder today, here it is: you’re exactly where you need to be.

There’s no point in driving yourself crazy with thoughts like:

“Why can’t I make myself become the person I think I should be?”

“If I could just do more, I’d be happier.”

“If I had more money, everything would feel better.”

“If I finally found love, I’d feel complete.”

Friend, you’re being shaped into your higher self—one step at a time. Continue reading “KEEPING YOUR HEAD ABOVE WATER”

WHAT GOD TEACHES YOU THROUGH LIFE IS YOUR CHANCE TO LIVE — IN ABUNDANCE

WHAT GOD TEACHES YOU THROUGH LIFE IS YOUR CHANCE TO LIVE — IN ABUNDANCE

Hi, my name is Elizabeth. If you’re reading this, I want you to know something right away:

Elizabeth Magical Garden

You are not behind.

You are not forgotten.

And you are not “too late” to prosper.

A lot of people are carrying silent fear about money right now. They’re trying to be strong, but inside they feel tight—like life is squeezing them. Bills. Family needs. Prices going up. Dreams on hold.

But here is a truth that can set you free:

God doesn’t teach you through life to shame you. God teaches you through life to strengthen you.

And that strength is your doorway into abundance.

Sometimes God teaches through lack—so you learn where your Source really is

When money feels tight, it can feel like God is far. Continue reading “WHAT GOD TEACHES YOU THROUGH LIFE IS YOUR CHANCE TO LIVE — IN ABUNDANCE”

The most powerful thing you own is your mind—and everybody’s trying to rent space in it.

The most powerful thing you own is your mind—and everybody’s trying to rent space in it.

We’re living in a world overflowing with opinions, “facts,” hot takes, and algorithms that know how to push our emotional buttons. And in the middle of all that noise, it can feel almost impossible to tell who’s right, who’s wrong… or if everyone thinks they’re right.

Here’s what I’ve learned: most people don’t just have thoughts—they live inside them. Studies show many people will trust their personal reality more than what outside sources are saying. And if you’ve ever had someone try to force you to change your mind, you already know what that feels like: uncomfortable, frustrating, even invasive.

That’s not new. Marketers have been shaping minds for decades. Whoever can influence thoughts often gains attention, loyalty, and confidence from others.

But here’s the truth they don’t want you to remember:

Your ability to think is your superpower.

And that’s exactly why guarding your mind matters.

God cares deeply about what you allow into your mind

God doesn’t treat your thoughts like they’re “no big deal.” Scripture teaches that your inner life shapes your outer life.

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” (Proverbs 4:23) Continue reading “The most powerful thing you own is your mind—and everybody’s trying to rent space in it.”

Know Who You Are (And Let Life Take the Wheel)

Know Who You Are (And Let Life Take the Wheel)

Hey beautiful souls,

I’m Elizabeth. You might know me from the Elizabeth’s Magical Garden podcast or my YouTube channel.

Over the years, one thing I’ve noticed again and again is this:

So many women forget who they are.

One minute they feel strong and clear, and the next minute that confidence disappears like wind.

The real reason you feel “lost”

You are not broken.

You are not weak.

You are a creator.

God created you with purpose, with power, and with the ability to bring life into the world.

But when life gets loud, you can start living from pressure instead of identity.

And that is when you feel empty and depleted.

What God said (when you need direction)

Give It All You’ve Got (What God Says + A Simple Money Hack)

Hey friend, I’m Elizabeth. You might know me from the Elizabeth Magical Garden podcast or my YouTube channel.

Have you ever noticed this?

Some people seem to win so easily. It is like life is on “easy mode” for them.

Others feel stuck, like they never get a break.

Here is the truth:

God did not forget you.

You are not here by mistake.

God chose you to be here.

God gave you gifts and strength.

God wants you to live a good life.

But you cannot sit and wait for a big break.
