Bill persistence – through it all – How to

Welcome to Elizabeth magical Garden, a magical Garden, reaching for the
stars guys. Welcome back to this week’s blog , this week where discussing
persistence – I was listening to Napoleon Hill – his lectures has always been
one of my favorites ; it got me to thinking; about some of the things that I’ve
been discussing on this platform. the whole thing was cosmic no short of
serendipity – that Napoleon Hill would be speaking on one of the very topics
I’ve been discussing on this platform – one of the things that he discussed was
the ability to practice persistence –

study shows that being successful has nothing to do with how smart or how
heard you work ; people who accomplished great success;
there ability to be persistent , showing up every single day, no matter how they
were feeling doing the things, getting it done!

This single act will guarantee you success. I’m
gonna repeat – this simple act will guarantee you
success! simple yet heard – I’ll explain later why i
t may not be as simple as it sounds.
Despite understanding the value of persistence,
many people struggle to maintain it in their daily
lives. Here are three significant reasons why practicing persistence is challenging:
1. The Discomfort of Delayed Gratification
Neurological bias for immediate rewards: Our brains are wired to prefer immediate gratification over delayed rewards, making it difficult to persist through short-term discomfort for long-term gains.
Constant exposure to instant results: Modern society bombards us with examples of instant success and quick fixes, creating unrealistic expectations about the time and effort required for meaningful achievement.
Emotional toll of waiting: The uncertainty and anxiety that come with delayed outcomes can be psychologically draining, leading many to abandon their efforts prematurely.
2. The Psychological Weight of Setbacks
Negative impact of failure: Each setback can trigger self-doubt and negative self -talk that undermines confidence in our ability to succeed through continued effort.
Confirmation bias toward giving up: We tend to overemphasize evidence that supports abandoning difficult pursuits while discounting signs of progress or potential breakthroughs.
Social comparison: Witnessing others’ success without seeing their struggles can make our own journey seem unusually difficult and not worth continuing.
3. Environmental and Systemic Challenges
Lack of supportive structures: Many environments fail to provide the accountability, encouragement, and resources needed to maintain persistent effort through difficulties.
Understanding these challenges is the first step toward developing strategies
to overcome them. By acknowledging the difficulties inherent in persistence,
we can approach our goals with more realistic expectations and better prepare ourselves for the journey ahead.

Showing up every day; start with five minutes every day using that
energy towards a project you’ve been working on ; write 20 ,50 words or take
a 20 minute walk after lunch, show up to your ballet bar every day for five minutes.

once done you’re going to want to push
forward. I will suggest not to go over the
time you originally decided when started.
Respect the time do this for about 21 days
– this build trust and self-confidence; This
can be implemented in any area of your life.
Focusing on a specific goal start exactly
where you are; Maybe you want to learn more about agriculture. Today is the
day. read up on the topic . Go to your local park visit different museums. Go to
your local library read up on other topics you maybe interested in but never had the time. These things will compound among itself.

I decided to create a series on this very topic:
