Is It it me or does September bring its on troubles? A questions I’ve been

asking my self as of late. If you know anything about New York cite – we know

how to party ! this Labor day weekend  is no short of that . And how could I for

get – It was just last Labor day weekend – when I found my self with out a toilet an  let time you THAT was no small feet!

 

Fast forward to this Labor weekend 2025  not

only did my toilet explode – it backed up  it’s

pride and glory right in my tub! Yap you heard

me in my tube – were I soak my body in – ILL …

Okay why am I telling you all of this? Well

funny you asked . I’m on this year of “YES ”

wish has focused me to say yes to thing  I

normally wouldn’t say yes two – Things like Go to the Gym after being in the

house all day or things like stop what I’m doing and eat on time or my favorite

saying Yes to dating – this one I’m still trying to rap my head around  lol .

Thank God the plumber came and fixed the issue – after I’ve had the privilege of clearing smelling cleaning produces and mopping moody floors as well as a  crusty tub.

So were is this all going ? Yoga  – naked yoga to be exact.

when ever I find myself in over my head – naked yoga  comes to the rescue –

there is a level of freedom when the human body is aloud to move with out any

apposing garments –  Now I’m not saying in order to benefit from yoga you

have to strip down to your knees – what I am saying – if  you want to free you

want a sense of freedom while you practice your flow – were only you and you body can connect I say go for it!

Naked yoga, also known as “nagna yoga,” offers unique benefits that extend beyond traditional clothed yoga practice. Here are some key advantages:
