Believe it or not autumn has the ability to bring forth magic in your life –

Weather you belie in such things – indulge me  if not just for a bit.

Before “autumn” aka  “fall” became standardized, this season was often

simply called “harvest” in English, reflecting its agricultural importance. The

poetic associations of autumn with maturity and the natural beauty of

changing leaves have made it a rich source of literary and artistic inspiration throughout history.

One of the many things I’ve  always loved about autumn is the death and

rebirth aspect . One minute the leaves are green next the

tress are bare. We’re  fused to take life by the balls- think

about it –   When I was a young girl –  I remember all the fuse

my mom would make  when fall was approaching – making

sure my brother and I were in tip top shape, so we were ready for the new

school year – was her men objection.   I can still remember the small of  the

new  – ” scratch and sniff sticker – I’d  put on all  my brained new note books strawberry was my fav.

Now that I’m in my 50’s I’ve come to realize – having the right tools at your

fingertips can make a big difference – in your ability to experience  fall in a

positive even exciting way – this may seem like a small thing – Trust me you

don’t want to be the person caught with out the right foot were when asked to

go for coffee only to find your self with out the proper foot were – on what was suppose to be a romantic first date.

         

Wish leads me to what’s next on my list  – “socks” girlll –  if you ever visit  NYC  

in the fall you’d  understand  how important having  the right pear of socks

could be  – this could lajit make or break you! As I was get ready to head out – I

found my self rubbing  thougth my drawer for the right pear of socke to were

with my Jay’s aka my Air Jordens sneakers –  the look I was going for – was a

more playfull look today –  with a splash of sexy  of couses lol.

theses are a few to michion – waht you realy need is the wellingness to be

more open you minded –  towerd all  the beaiuty the fall has to offer No good

thing ever came from keeping every thing in your head –

Study shows that setting time asaid time for  journaling   –

ables for better productivity in one’s life.

 

Magic momments:

Fall is the time to give braith to new ideas and let go of past belifes, this is the

perfct  time to set your sits on the things you had on the back beanner.  Take

achion to towerds those new ideas – letting  go of  what no longer serves you

holding  – So take out your cristal ball of postive vewing  –   Time to strik and

seize the momment You got this!  If your waiting for the perfect time or

momment – you’ll be waiting forever- theres always going to be something

telling you its not the right time – it kind of like having a baby lol   If more people

were waiting for the right time to have a baby  – the population would be much leaner lol.

 

 

Fall is a perfect time to explore all the things that goes bopping into the night –

one of the reasons  holloween is so popperler – this is the time  people from all

over the world –  use this time of the year to let go and let there frek flag fly.

You get the idea – Fall gives brith to the new you while letting go of the old –

teashing use why going with the flow is so impportent-  helping you to be comfortable  to expose  parts of you that has been bottoled up –

Fall Activities for Fun and Relaxation

    • Visit a pumpkin patch and select the perfect pumpkin
