Everything You Need Is Already Within You
What if I told you that everything you’ve ever wanted is already inside of you?
Many people operate under the false notion that they need to study for years on end to be successful. Don’t get me wrong—education is definitely a powerful tool to have. I believe in higher education. But what I’m discussing here is something much deeper: an inner knowing of what you can become, if only given the chance.
From the time you were born, you were programmed to become who you are right now. Think about it: your parents told you what to eat, how to speak. Then you went to school and they told you how to think. You really never had a choice or the time to find out who you truly are.
In a world that is always evolving, it’s pretty safe to say we as a society are confused.
So how do you reclaim your power when everything and everyone tells you otherwise?
The Ancient Practice of Meditation
Meditation is a practice that people have done since B.C. times. Ancient scholars used to teach this and were revered for their ability to reach deep within themselves. This spiritual practice is still being done to this day.
One of the reasons I believe meditating is so powerful is because you become one with your inner voice, allowing mindfulness to become a powerful tool in your ability to reach deep down within your subconscious.
I remember when I first started meditating—I felt a bit out of sync. It wasn’t until I started practicing consistently that I began to feel its effects. Not only did my mind become clear, I started to feel comfortable within my body. Before I knew it, I started to feel like I understood myself and what God entrusted for my life.
