Whenever you’re not being completely honest with yourself, your nervous system will start acting up. Why? Because your feelings matter. What you want out of life, believe it or not, is important—no matter what the naysayers will have you think. Your dreams are valid.
Think about it: how can you live a fulfilling life when you’re not being honest with yourself? This could be a major roadblock when it comes to moving forward in your life.
A Simple Practice That Changes Everything
One of the things I find helpful whenever I find myself in a place of confusion is this: I go outside and take a 20 to 30-minute walk. Studies show that when you go outside and walk, your nervous system becomes calm—not to mention the fresh air does wonders.
