 5 must haves – Full 2025

Believe it or not autumn has the ability to bring forth magic in your life –

Weather you belie in such things – indulge me  if not just for a bit.

Before “autumn” aka  “fall” became standardized, this season was often

simply called “harvest” in English, reflecting its agricultural importance. The

poetic associations of autumn with maturity and the natural beauty of

changing leaves have made it a rich source of literary and artistic inspiration throughout history.

One of the many things I’ve  always loved about autumn is the death and

rebirth aspect . One minute the leaves are green next the

tress are bare. We’re  fused to take life by the balls- think

about it –   When I was a young girl –  I remember all the fuse

my mom would make  when fall was approaching – making

sure my brother and I were in tip top shape, so we were ready for the new

school year – was her men objection.   I can still remember the small of  the

Is It it me or does September bring its on troubles? A questions I’ve been

asking my self as of late. If you know anything about New York cite – we know

how to party ! this Labor day weekend  is no short of that . And how could I for

get – It was just last Labor day weekend – when I found my self with out a toilet an  let time you THAT was no small feet!

 

Fast forward to this Labor weekend 2025  not

only did my toilet explode – it backed up  it’s

pride and glory right in my tub! Yap you heard

me in my tube – were I soak my body in – ILL …

I ‘m happy to meet your Acquaints – self – acceptance is what were discussing

– Now that I find my self back in the dating pool i just come to realize – I  get to

see  what 7 years of therapy got me – no shade to therapy – I belie in it and I’m

still in it – I understand it may not be for everybody but if it is for you  – Do  you

boo! over the course of years I’ve had the privilege of  opening up and learning

all the ugly things about who I ” “believed” I was inside  – then I had to learn how or where this “thought prose” came about, Fun times.

It’s been quite some time sense I’ve talked  about Moon Energy –

The New Moon in Virgo – emphasis  on heal , daily routines, organization and service to others.

Virgos  are one of the most magically talented people you would only be to honored to come across. There a keen scene to detail is unmatched.  Does  Beyoncé  ring a bell? 

I had the pleasure to see the aka Queen bee in concert –  wow is all I can say!; this women can hold a note and dane at the same time!  Oh we can’t live out Michael Jackson! another Virgo >

Now that  Fall is  right around the corner this new moon in Virgo gives use the opportunity to tighten areas in our lifes that may need a “re-boot”  using this dark moon energy can – set things straight this season.

Focusing on creating a safe space for your self – allows the  opportunity  to give attention to these down below:

Heal – Creative time along – led to healing old wounds

Daily routines – Creating system you can follow will help build confidence

Organization – Putting things back from were you received them and keeping your books in order can do wonders to for your mental health – the less you have to guess were things are at the more mentale space you game back.

Service to others – Last but not least service to others – whenever you help your fellow man you poor back into humanity.

Say – ” Yes ” for a year – were would you be ?

Say – ” Yes ” for a year – 

laterle if been doing more reading – something I’ve haven’t been doing the best at keeping up with if I’m being honest – That’s in the past were now on a new reading adventure. Well maybe not so new – i”\’ve picked up a book that I’ve been reading for some time now; It’s not that the book is not good it’s my short Attention span, I learned along time ago to take off the presser off myself when it comes to finishing a book – I used to be that person that would get so disappointed  in myself if i couldn’t get throw the book within a cupule of weeks.

Its safe to say now i read for joy now for sport lol.  The only rule i have is the book has to get read to the end no matter how long it may take. I like to play a game – it’s called ” lates see how fear I can go” Whenever I’m at a coffee shop or in a waiting area, I get to reading. I usually have a nice variety to choose from.  On one of my coffee shop runs I become  reaqanted with the named ” Year of YES by Shonda Rhimes!

       

When I say Eye opener man it was like reading and looking into a mirror. Think about it … How many times you say NO to something without hesitation. I know for me saying No rolls right off the tung. Don’t get me wog Saying NO comes in handy _ I rather say NO upfront – then having to deal with braking plans – for me that never feels good – It never feel’s good to let people you respect and clear for down.

On my Gurwm video were I’ve came to the conclusion that my life in NYC will be taking a pleasant yet grand change; none the less I’m happy about it – And it’s all because of this book I’m reading called “Year of YES”  be sure to check that video out @ Elizabeth Magical Garden

Here are some of the things you can expect while you undergo a profound personal transformation.  “Year of YES”

How move forward – when life is telling you not to!

I myself have been challenged –  to get out of my own way and ex-samine my

ideology  of what  the rode to success looks like – over the course of the years

I’ve learned its not about  how it looks – the question is –  did you archive  the goal you set.

What is perseverance?

Perseverance : having the ability to move forward  when everything is

telling you not to – in this episode, I discussed the importance and the
