You Are One of a Kind—Created in God’s Image

🌟 You Are One of a Kind—Created in God’s Image 🌟

Hello, my beautiful friends! Welcome back to Elizabeth’s Magical Garden. Today, we’re talking about something that will change the way you see yourself: You are one of a kind, created in God’s image.

Before we dive in, take a deep breath, grab your favorite drink, and get ready to receive this powerful message.

The Social Media Trap

Let’s be real for a moment. So many people today are living their lives as if they’re copies of some version of themselves—a version they think they’re supposed to be based on what they see online.

With social media at an all-time high, it’s safe to say that how people view themselves has become unhealthy, to say the least.

Here’s the truth: The version you see on the screen is not real.

Everyone is showing up in their Sunday best. The videos you watch are clips of the best moments—of course they’re pretty, they’re meant to be! Even the ones that claim to be “authentic” are designed to capture your attention.

So how do we go from the dark to the spotlight? How do we break free from comparison and step into our true identity?

🌟 Abundance Is Your Birthright 🌟

🌟 Abundance Is Your Birthright 🌟

Hello, my beautiful friends! Welcome back to Elizabeth’s Magical Garden. I’m

so glad you’re here today because we’re going to talk about something powerful: Abundance is your birthright.

Before we begin, grab your favorite drink, get

comfortable, and open your heart to receive this message.

Living in Fear or Living in Abundance?

Many people today are living in fear. Why? Because they don’t know about the amazing blessings God has already prepared for them.

I know this because I used to be one of those people. I lived in worry and doubt until I changed my mindset. That’s when I discovered God’s beautiful plan for my life!

Here’s the truth: We were all born with God’s favor. Sometimes our eyes are just too blind to see it.

What Does the Bible Say About Abundance?

Let me share some powerful verses that show God wants you to live in abundance:

Jeremiah 29:11“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

God has already planned your prosperity! It’s waiting for you.

John 10:10“I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”

Jesus didn’t come so you could just barely get by. He came so you could live a FULL, abundant life! Continue reading “🌟 Abundance Is Your Birthright 🌟”

A Shout Out to Excellence

Before we dive in, I have to give a big shout out to Michael B. Jordan. Yes, he did his thing! He won an amazing award, and it’s so refreshing to see someone of his stature handle success with such grace. I really appreciated how he had his mother by his side—he just seems to be a real, well-rounded human being.

It’s such a beautiful thing for the community—for us—to see a brother do his thing with diligence and courage. It takes tremendous courage to do what he’s doing. I’m sure he’s under a lot of pressure himself. It’s beautiful for young Black men out here to have something to aspire to. God bless him, God bless his family, and congratulations.

Looking Back on the Journey

Think about that time in your life where you said to yourself, “How in the world did I get myself into this?”

Only by some chance, you found yourself living a whole new life—one filled with blessings and wonder.

Then one day, you sit with yourself only to realize all that you’ve been through brought you to this very moment of bliss.

I believe God will always see His plan through, no matter the road we may find our way on—good or bad.

Mean What You Say and Say What You Do

Mean What You Say and Say What You Do

Hey there, welcome to today’s post!

Hi, I’m Elizabeth. You may know me from Elizabeth Magical Garden on YouTube or from my podcast, Elizabeth Magical Garden Podcast—also on YouTube.

words of love

This morning, I was reading poetry from Maya Angelou, something I’ve grown accustomed to lately, alongside a stiff black cup of coffee. I know, so NYC—but hey, that’s me!

In today’s poem, Maya Angelou discusses how words on paper are well received, but it’s the words that come out of a person’s mouth that truly bring them to life. It struck me—not because I wasn’t aware of it, but because of how profoundly true it is.

For years, I’ve personally felt this way. So much so that I would get on the nerves of close friends when they’d blurt something out. I would say in a loud but loving voice: “DON’T SAY THAT! YOUR WORDS ARE POWERFUL!”

Sometimes I’d get a thank you. Other times… well, not so much.

Your Opportunity to Win: Turning “What If” Into “What Is” 🌟

Your Opportunity to Win: Turning “What If” Into “What Is” 🌟

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself why most people never pursue their dreams? Whether it’s writing a bestseller, flying across the country to start a school for children in need, or building the family of their dreams—the kind with a loving partner, children, a dog, and that white picket fence—why do so many dreams remain locked away, never given a chance to breathe?

Here’s what I believe: most people are afraid.

Afraid of themselves. Afraid of what others will think. And most of all, afraid of the outcome.

The Paralyzing Power of “What If” 💭

Studies show that people often become paralyzed by the thought of potential outcomes. You know the ones I’m talking about—the relentless “what ifs” that play on repeat in your mind:

  • “What if I don’t make it?”
  • “What if I’m a bad parent?”
  • “What if I fail at this new career?”

It’s Right in Front of You—Use It! 🦸‍♀️

It’s Right in Front of You—Use It! 🦸‍♀️

Every day, I do my best to look back and reflect on what worked and what felt like a struggle. This past week, I took a huge step forward—one that has the power to change life as I know it.

But here’s the thing: instead of feeling over-the-moon excited, I’ve been moving in slow motion. And honestly? That’s funny to me, given the gravity of the move I just made.

It got me thinking: Why do people often feel a different emotion than expected when they finally achieve a goal?

The Shift After the Pursuit 🎯

Here’s what I believe: once a goal is achieved—any goal—the shift happens. The energy of pursuing transforms into something else entirely.

I’d compare this to a crush. Think about it.

Are You in the Dark?

Are You in the Dark?

Shadow work has become almost a household name—and for good reason. It’s something that is absolutely needed if you want to 10x your life. You know the old saying: your past determines your future. Some may not agree with this statement, but it’s true.

In order for you to 10x your life, you need a clear vision. And what will help you gain clarity better than shadow work? Over two decades ago, I was first acquainted with this concept. I had some knowledge of the subconscious, but I had no idea what lies beneath—not until I started doing the inner work was I confronted with my shadow.

Then and only then did I start to see significant changes in my life.

See, a lot of the time we believe that we’re over the things that had an impact on our life. This isn’t to make you feel bad—this is to shed some light on why you are probably feeling stuck or why you’re not able to get to the next level in your life.

Yeah, you’ve probably created a life you’re proud of, especially if you’re transitioning into a new season in your life. This is when you’ll start to notice unresolved issues resurfacing.

The Tool That Changed Everything for Me

Write Your Joy: Journaling Prompts for Embracing Life’s Fleeting Beauty

Write Your Joy: Journaling Prompts for Embracing Life’s Fleeting Beauty

As we get older, life can feel as if it’s passing us by—not to mention our beauty. But what if I told you that the way we perceive aging can completely transform our experience of it?

One of the things that has helped me see things from a different perspective and maintain a positive outlook is self-care. There is something to be said about sitting in front of the mirror and doing my skincare, applying makeup, giving myself a facial, or simply saying my affirmations. These practices have allowed me to embrace the aging process with grace and gratitude.

The Power of Morning Gratitude

Another thing that has profoundly helped me is making sure to give gratitude first thing in the morning. In fact, it’s usually my opening statement when I write in my journal.

Studies show that when you start the day with gratitude, the rest of the day flows better. Giving gratitude puts you in a frame of mind that allows you to see and receive life’s challenges from a new perspective.

Doing this not only gives you peace of mind, but it also allows you to harness positive energy—leading to a transformative daily lifestyle that encompasses personal growth and helps you unlock your spiritual path.

I believe God hears our hearts and loves when we show appreciation for the life He gives us—something that you start to appreciate more and more as you age.
