Confident Is Your Name, Peaceful Is Your Game ✨

Hey there, welcome to today’s post!

Hi, I’m Elizabeth. You may know me from my podcast, Elizabeth Magical Garden Podcast, or from YouTube at Elizabeth Magical Garden.

As the world reaches an all-time high of people feeling low—uncertain about the current state of things, leaving many feeling lost and discouraged—here’s a bit of sunshine just for you.

Why? Well, after all, you’re here reading this post. The

last thing you need is to feel sorry for yourself. And if I

may admit, this is my small opportunity to help put a smile on your face today. So here we go.

The Power of Being Seen

One of the things I’ve learned over the years of working with hundreds of women—young and old—is the deep need to be seen.

Many women don’t realize the power they hold. Believe me, I know, because I was one of them at one point in my life.

I remember a time I felt very lonely inside—to the point where makeup, nice clothes, and a sweet smile were just getting me by. It’s something I fear many women can identify with.

The Moment Everything Changed

Then one day, everything started to change for me.

One day, as I started to apply my makeup for one reason or another, I started to stare at myself in the mirror. Like, really stare—bold-faced into my eyes. It felt like time completely stopped in that moment.

Then something started to happen. Tears started pouring from my eyes. Why? I can’t say for sure. But if I had to guess, I believe that was the first time I felt seen.

I was looking at that little girl who needed to be seen all those years.

Speaking Words of Life

Soon after, I started to show up every day—staring and looking in the mirror. The only difference now? I started speaking to her, using words of compassion and empowerment.

This led to a significant change in how I started to view life.

Your Invitation

See, I believe that same little girl is waiting for you. Waiting for you to stare into her eyes, letting her know that you see her and are willing to speak to her—reassuring her that she is safe and loved.

And that will surely put a smile on your face.

Hugs, Elizabeth
