KEEPING YOUR HEAD ABOVE WATER
One minute your thoughts are moving in one direction—and then you wake up to a sudden shift in perspective. I’ve experienced that change so many times that I’ve actually grown to love it. There’s something exciting about realizing you won’t be the same person at the end of the year that you are right now.
If you needed a reminder today, here it is: you’re exactly where you need to be.
There’s no point in driving yourself crazy with thoughts like:
“Why can’t I make myself become the person I think I should be?”
“If I could just do more, I’d be happier.”
“If I had more money, everything would feel better.”
“If I finally found love, I’d feel complete.”
Friend, you’re being shaped into your higher self—one step at a time.
God knew you before you were in your mother’s womb, so it’s safe to say your journey isn’t random. It’s unfolding on purpose, and it’s slowly revealing itself to you… and to the world.
So give yourself grace.
Your purpose isn’t to panic your way into perfection. Your purpose is to live—fully, honestly, and with faith.
Because there’s no use worrying about what you can’t control.
I believe the real “magic” happens when we finally loosen our grip—when we stop white-knuckling the steering wheel and place it in God’s hands. After all, He is the Alpha and the Omega.
So why not make life a little lighter?
Live each day knowing you are loved. Knowing you will be led. Knowing you will be provided for.
And let me be clear: this doesn’t mean you shouldn’t aspire for more. Yes—do the work. Build the dream. Grow. Stretch. Show up.
But do it with reassurance.
Do it with the confidence that God’s love and guidance will never lead you astray.
Hugs,
