Reclaiming Your Inner Goddess in Your Silver Years
There’s something magical about stepping into your 50s and beyond—a time when you start reclaiming who you truly are, unapologetically. What you eat can change your life. This isn’t just a catchy phrase—it’s a truth that millions of Black women are discovering as they navigate one of the most challenging health issues of midlife: uterine fibroids.
There is no doubt in my mind perfectionism is ranking at the top of the list—it saddens me when I think to myself there’s a person right now who will never get the chance to experience all of what God has to offer all because of that person’s inability to think positive about an outcome— It wasn’t until I found myself on my own journey of doing inner work over two decades ago that I was confronted with these adverse thoughts.
